What we collect

When you enquire, enrol, or use the student dashboard we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email, city, qualification and work experience, your preferred batch and goals, and messages you send. Employers using Hire From Us share company and contact details.

Our servers also record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, process enrolments, share payment links, deliver classes and course materials, issue certificates, and provide placement assistance.

To send transactional emails (enrolment confirmation, dashboard invite, announcements). Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) and transactional email is sent through ZeptoMail. Access is restricted to authorised WDS staff and protected by server-side authentication.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. With your consent we may share your profile with hiring partners for placement opportunities. We may disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for signing in to the student and admin dashboards. No third-party advertising cookies are set by this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to the address below. Student records needed for certification may be retained as required.
