Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed only after the course fee (including 18% GST) is received and acknowledged by Winner Design Solutions LLP ("WDS"). Submitting the online enrolment form reserves a seat for a limited period pending payment.

Applicants must provide accurate personal and academic details. WDS may decline or cancel an enrolment where details are found to be false.

2. Fees, GST & coupons

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) is added at enrolment.

Coupon and scratch-card discounts are applied to the base fee before GST, are subject to their stated validity, usage limits and course scope, and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

3. Payment

Payments are made through the secure payment link shared by a WDS counsellor, or at the institute. WDS does not collect card or bank details on this website.

Instalment options, where offered, must be paid on the agreed dates; access to classes, materials and the student dashboard may be paused for overdue instalments.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Requests to cancel must be made in writing to the institute. Refund eligibility depends on the program and the date of the request relative to the batch start; any applicable refund will exclude GST already remitted and administrative charges.

No refund is payable once classes have commenced beyond the program's stated refund window, or where a student has been withdrawn for misconduct or non-payment.

5. Batches, schedule & attendance

Batch dates, timings and trainers may change for operational reasons; students will be informed in advance wherever possible. A student may be moved to a later batch on request, subject to availability.

Regular attendance and completion of assignments are required to receive the course completion certificate.

6. Certification

Certificates are issued on successful completion of the program and its project work. WDS certifies training on the tools taught; software licences, where applicable, are used for training purposes only and remain the property of their vendors.

7. Student dashboard & materials

Dashboard access is personal and non-transferable. Course videos, notes and other materials are for the enrolled student's private study and may not be copied, shared or distributed.

8. Placement assistance

Placement support (resume, portfolio, interview preparation and referrals to hiring partners) is provided in good faith; selection decisions rest solely with the employer and WDS does not guarantee employment.
